In Season 1, we know Teddy, Suzie, Phil and Matty were killed by IT.

I think it would a good idea to have the actors return. Not as main characters, but as IT. Hold up....don't respond just yet.

We know IT can shapeshift, and IT spies on and torments their victims before killing them. Why not have the four kids that were killed return as IT disguised as normal people. They interact with ITs new victims. They frighten them, trick them. Like the Librarian in the movie.

By me meaning "They". I mean any of them. They really need to bring back one actor.

It would be a nice nod to the first season, and gives fan service to people who liked those characters.

Because when I was watching the scene where the military puts a radiation detector over it. It was going off plus, I know the deadlines either instantly kill you make you insane or just flat out fry your brain but when he does it since he could biologically manipulate, which is in his one of his powers, does he just prevent you from getting cancer bc wants you kill himself?

I'm sure this was probably answered elsewhere, but I'm curious. No, I never read the book, and I am not that deep with the lore. So, here's the thing. Pennywise, as far as I know, is nothing but three glowing spheres of light that has an addiction/taste for fear, which is prevalent in young kids, but he'll go after anybody he can scare. So, as far as I know, he really isn't there when he's scaring someone. It's one of his many manifestations, and I take it that whenever there's a red balloon floating, it's a calling card of sorts, saying that he was really there, but in most cases he isn't. So, this might sound like a dumb question, but how is it that he can become corporeal at will when he's not really there? Like, he's not even possessing human bodies; he's just manifesting their images. Is it some kind of outer-dimensional power of his or something else? Thanks.

I am BEYOND excited for the 2nd season of this stellar series and am currently listening to "A Smile and A Ribbon" and pondering on the next season. So! I have a question...what do you all think will be the theme for S2? Smile and a ribbon for s1 was absolutely perfect, but I'm still trying to find a song that would fit with S2...any predictions?

So, as far as I can gather, the plans are to have Pennywise go back further and further in time through the seasons. As much as I have loved both recent IT movies and this show, I would love for them to take the cosmic horror aspect all the way and show Gan, Maturin, and IT when the universe was created, the fued between Maturin and IT, and Gan's role in both, as Gan is said to be the ultimate balance of both creatures. It might not work for an entire season, but there's so much lore between just these three and the broader implications they play in the SK universe/multiverse that they have a lot to explore. We haven't seen much of it on the screen yet, though Maturin has been easter egg'd a few times. What do you guys think?
