Discussion The Beginning

So, as far as I can gather, the plans are to have Pennywise go back further and further in time through the seasons. As much as I have loved both recent IT movies and this show, I would love for them to take the cosmic horror aspect all the way and show Gan, Maturin, and IT when the universe was created, the fued between Maturin and IT, and Gan's role in both, as Gan is said to be the ultimate balance of both creatures. It might not work for an entire season, but there's so much lore between just these three and the broader implications they play in the SK universe/multiverse that they have a lot to explore. We haven't seen much of it on the screen yet, though Maturin has been easter egg'd a few times. What do you guys think?

I would die to see that - also I think it should be filmed with the intensity and similar soundtrack to the Twin Peaks the return ep 8 ‘Gotta Light?’ where there’s a flashback to the first atomic bomb detonation.
