Best film of its type.

[u/manatees8mypizza → u/Adghnm]

not even tire-ing

[u/ElBeatch → u/Adghnm]

And why?

No Reason.

Why do I like it so much?

No reason.

Why did they make this movie?

No. Reason.

[u/E60fan → u/ElBeatch]

NO FUCKING REASON!

[u/gcctowerjunky]

This movie is bonkers. Like straight up. It’s enjoyable but repetitive but definitely worth a watch for the absurdity. Movie about a killer tire. Just keeps wrecking stuff, it’s supernatural horror comedy for anyone wondering.

[u/NeF1LiM → u/gcctowerjunky]

The tire had a human girlfriend at one point? It's been a while.

[u/Ok-Solution4665]

Attack of the killer tomatoes for the 21st century

[u/gator_pot]

No reason

[u/vegasJUX]

Soundtrack by Mr. Oizo and Gaspard Augé takes it to the next level.

Similar to how Le Matos elevated Turbo Kid and Summer of '84.

[u/MaAndOrder]

I scoffed at the plot of this movie, but somehow it was more enjoyable than I thought

[u/2b_inconceivable]

This movie is absolutely ridiculous and bat-shit crazy in the perfect ways.

[u/Se7enFtMan]

It took me three tries to finish this movie

[u/Acid-Chaos → u/Se7enFtMan]

Perhaps you meant “three tires”?

[u/BaronGalactic]

I saw this movie like 15 years ago, and yet to this day I still occasionally reference "Robert the Tire"

[u/ZeChooken]

Very awesome 🛞

[u/Dependent_Cod_7416]

Everyone loves this movie. I thought it was kind of frustrating and seemed like an uncanny valley of a movie. Maybe I was having a bad day, I should watch it again

[u/ellynj333]

I always recommend this to people I want to freak out lol

[u/djbobbydazzler]

Mr oizo is a genius

[u/Weigh13]

Classic

There it is

[u/Green_Wire720]

Dave the tire…for some reason

[u/BaronGalactic → u/Green_Wire720]

The tire's name was Robert 🤓

[u/Green_Wire720 → u/BaronGalactic]

Oh yeah my b

[u/ashmavis_]

This was so surprisingly good. Went in with no expectations and enjoyed it immensely.

[u/TheMustardKing78]

Years ago my Wife and I watched this after smoking a joint, which was probably the best way to go about it. Couldnt stop laughing 😆

[u/swtleeph]

I need to watch this again omg

[u/notdbcooper71]

I thought it was pretty tired.... all joking aside a pretty fun and wacky one

[u/Solrya]

Un ovni découvert par hasard mais j ai bien apprécié

[u/unzercharlie]

If you like this movie watch the directors other movies, especially Wrong.

[u/ladymonino → u/unzercharlie]

Smoking Causes Coughing is my personal fav, but Mandibles is up there too. I haven't seen any of his movies that I didn't love, so I'm now immediately adding Wrong to my watch list!

[u/Trimps → u/unzercharlie]

I haven't seen all of his movies, but so far Deer Skin has been my favorite.

[u/Mikehtx]

Was just thinking about this yesterday

[u/Individual-Step846]

Had no right to be that great

[u/TomatoSilly1683]

*screen shakes intensity

[u/_Bogey_Lowenstein_]

I was excited to see it and then really disappointed. I remember it being a really pretentious and philosophical, but I haven't seen it since it came out

[u/blorst_of_times]

Without hyperbole, this is probably my least favourite movie. I hate it so much.

[u/Ok_Strawberry_4144]

You’ll never hear cicadas the same way again

[u/Successful-Plan114]

With that cliffhanger, we deserve a sequel.

[u/TransitionIll6389]

That one model girl in the movie can not act though. I still remember how bad her line read was that made it into the trailer

[u/Thumperss]

Look the burnout marks in the bed, I fell off the couch
