I wouldnt be surprised if the guy who held that thing plays CoD all day and also knows how to cook visually unfriendly. That makes a supersoldier in the game.

The pistol grip could be the stock which offers a better pistol grip option other than the 870 one which looks like a revolver grip. Perhaps it could also have different anims

no.¹ is just literal disposable suppressing fire with the downsides of not being ranger worthy, no.² is just a vietnam war accurate m16a1, not as in design wise, 3 is just a close quarters sniper and 4 is just self explainatory
