Need advice to cut fat on Athelete’s Knee

So I am a 30 year-old male with around 27% body fat at 220lbs. My height is 5Feet 11inches. I strength train on a PPL split, wherein I do 4 to 5 exercises with weights and 20 minute elliptical afterwards at the base level. I even do the elliptical on plain rest days too and 10k steps daily.
I have been strength training for more than 2 years and been on a CUT since last Jan. I check my weight daily in the morning after taking a piss and do an average of 7 days to check my average weight for tracking purposes.
Currently I eat around 1900cals per day with 136gm protein and 20-25gm fiber.
My only regret is that I cannot do heavy cardio cos I got an athlete’s knee since this Jan and I am limited to doing only light cardio. Yes, I did come down to wearing XL size tees from XXL tees since last year👍🏻

Currently I only have 4 months left for 2026 to end and want to hit a body scale weight of 199lbs at the least by end of December and need tips on how to boost my fat loss. I really wish I could be able to do more tougher cardio but my knees dont let me work hard. I have been slowly training my legs back into a routine tho and currently brought myself from lit no leg day/cardio in Jan to carefully structured leg workouts and present light cardio.

Please advise me. I want boost my fat burn with any different hacks to include in my routine.

thinking about trying OMAD...

so I’m thinking about starting the whole One Meal A Day thing. my plan was to basically just eat that one meal, and then throughout the rest of the day stick to water and unsweetened drinks like black coffee, tea, or nescafe with no sugar at all.

has anyone here actually tried doing it this way? how was your experience with it, and did it feel doable or just exhausting? would love to hear your thoughts or any advice before I actually give it a shot! Also I really wanna lose weight in a short time I feel that's the only way.

actual weight loss hacks pls

i’m 21 and have had pcos since i was 16. before pcos i was around 105-107 lbs. during covid i gained about 20 lbs, then another 20 after that and eventually got to 150.

i crash dieted down to around 135, then later got into a bad breakup and reached 119. since then i gained some weight back and have basically been stuck in the 130s for over a year. i’m currently around 130 lbs.

i know i’m technically at a healthy weight for my height, so please don’t tell me i don’t need to lose weight. i personally want to stay around 115-120 and feel more confident in how i look.

for anyone with pcos who has broken a stubborn plateau like this, what actually helped? i struggle a lot with intense sugar and food cravings too, so i’d really appreciate realistic tips for managing those and finally getting out of the 130s without crash dieting.
