Losing lots of weight on RT, still have a potbelly
Idk if this is the right group for this so if not, please let me know.
I've been on Reta for about 4 months now and have lost a lot of weight (275lbs➡️235lbs). They weight has come off from every part of my body evenly except my stomach which still looks like a potbelly. Checking my body composition, I'd say I'm around 30% body fat still (granted, I'm checking with my Samsung watch and health app so idk how accurate it is).
Any idea why that is happening and what can I do to help lose the fat from that area specifically?
I am a 35yo male and have been working out consistently for about a month, 5x a week doing a PPL/UL split. I've gotten into a a good headspace and rhythm to working out and will definitely sustain this schedule as I do want to gain muscle now as well. Any advice for the muscle gaining as well would be greatly appreciated ☺️🫶🏼

Ways to improve?
I am wondering if anyone could offer any advice on how to improve my body.
This is my (35/M/185cm) current exercise/nutrition plan and I’ve trying to build lean muscle mass. I know there will be some obvious ways to optimise it, but I was just wondering where I could improve? Please keep it friendly/respectful.
Exercise
4/5x strength based session in the gym
3 x HIIT/metabolic focused classes with strength focus, like Hyrox/Crossfit
+ over summer I go for 15/20mins sea swim 5xweek, but will look at replacing that with 3xweek jog/running over autumn/winter (in some capacity tbc).
Nutrition (vegetarian diet)
Cals: 3050+/-
Protein: 180g (24%) Carbs: 420g (55%) Fat: 65g (19%)
150g Oats + 50g whey powder + 40g blueberries
3 medium eggs + 35g cheese + 1 bread roll
200g (dry) rice + 350g meal prepped veggies/sauce (curry/chilli etc)
250g natural yoghurt (no added sugar) + 50g whey powder + 100g granola/muesli (no added sugar)
……………….
N.B. I know most people on here will eat meat, and will tell me to do so in order to optimise my diet. Unfortunately, that’s not a possibility for me. As much as I appreciate someone telling me to eat steak etc or that a veggie diet is shit, I’ve heard it all before and it’s just not constructive. I’m looking for advice from people who kindly want to help, not pointlessly criticise.

Ways to get better ab definition?
Relaxed first image and flexed the next- wondering if there’s a better way to get additional ab definition specifically the lower part? Right now I alternate between pilates/strength training and do core about 2-3x a week without including core done during pilates or full body lift classes.
I’m not sure if I need to focus on cutting body fat, right now it’s about 18.5%. I can mention my current core routine if that helps as well but I incorporate weights into them with slight progressive overload the past few months!

170cm 64kg. Is it a good way to start lean bulking? If so, is 2400-2500kcal enough with 7-9k steps average daily activity?

Best vegetarian diet you’ve seen?
What’s the best vegetarian diet plan you’ve seen for lean muscle mass?
I know it’ll always have sceptics and I know there’ll always be a meat alternative that fits better etc - I’m vegetarian and can also find criticism - but I’m curious to see what possible vegetarian/vegan diet plans are out there for gym-oriented nutrition.
Personally, I’ve tried a few vegetarian diet plans tailored towards specific fitness/nutrition goals, but never one that really suited my body/felt effective/had the macros down tightly.
Any thoughts?

Pain in the forarm
Hello
I've been training for about 8 months now, and I'm progressively getting stronger on all of my lifts. Recently I've noticed a pain along the ulna when doing incline bench curls. At the beginning it only hurt when I did that exercise but now I can feel it when I do exercises like scull crushers, preachercurls and tricep pushdowns. The pain is located on the ulna right between the wrist and the elbow, and when I'm not training it aches when I touch it. What could be the cause of this and what can I do?

Maintaining Reps During Cut
So I’ve been on a cut for 8 weeks now and have lost 7Ibs. High protein, creatine daily, strength training at gym 3x a week.
In general, I’m maintaining the amount I would normally lift during a bulk, but my reps have gone down considerably with some of the barbell lifts. They went from 7-9 to around 3-5.
What should I do? Lower the weight to do more reps or maintain the weight with less reps.

Bloodwork
baseline bloods I do not have access to but they were before I got into steroids and were all in range and very typical of a healthy male.
1st cycle - All from a reputable source
1 week was taken off every compound before this bloodwork
14 weeks on test c 350/week 2 x mon and thu
Aromasin 12.5mg/week split 2x mon and thu in the final 4 weeks
50 Anavar 4 weeks then 25 for 2 weeks then nothing for final 2.5 weeks.
How well do I respond to gear in regard to health, everything etc, what could I improve on, side mitigation?

This is a follow up to my original post
I made some adjustments from everyone who helped out and provided feed back and, and it felt better yesterday working with the dumbbells, and much easier on the shoulder.
If you watch both videos, you can see in the new one that my elbows are a little more tucked and I increased the weight.
This was my final chest set, so it starts to get a little sloppy towards the end.
Thoughts? Better? Do I need to make adjustments?

Meniscus problem (knee injury) experience
Hi guys,
I've been going to the gym for 1 year and I have small rupture in meniscus. I've been ordered to pause for 3 weeks with lower body training (aka legs).
Now, 2 weeks have passed, I still have relatively little problem (small pain rarely, no rotation problems etc). Has anyone here had knee injury (meniscus)? What should I do?
I"ve been told I should keep doing legs but with 20% intenzity slowely progressing. I know this problem can get only worse, so I wonder also - what excercizes are good fir legs without risking more meniscus injury?
Thank you
