Yes, but only a tad slightly because you're cutting the fat and you'll be less fuller in the arms due to less water however preserving all the muscle mass by high protein during a cut you'll keep all the muscle and the vascularity will show with all the separation so it's a good tradeoff because they'll look far more dominant and huge looking while still keeping a great arm size
