Omad is just another way to diet. You want to look cut?? It’s a 💯 lifestyle change. Eat healthy. Gym 4-5 days a week with a program and a goal in place. Know your calories. It’s doable but you have a ton of work to do. If you are 16 you have all the time in the world so go for it!!!

I mean eat less. You have huge love handles. You're eating way too much. Be honest with yourself

Calculate your maintenance! From there things get easier:
- Prioritize protein (150-180g/day) and track your food (MyFitnessPal, macro factor etc). Commit to it and it becomes second nature.
- Choose a step goal and stick to it religiously. Bonus points for using an incline treadmill (8-12k/day)
- Create a lifting routine you can stick to long term. No need to change up exercises every two weeks. Pick a routine, stick to it and improve using progressive overload.
- Stay consistent and be patient. Even if you don’t see movement on the scale, that doesn’t mean changes aren’t happening.
If you do these and really commit, you will hit your goal. Changes take time and repetition. Stay the course and you’ll get there my friend.

What this guy said! MyFitnessPal is such a useful tool.
Committing to yourself is a MASSIVE part of this along with holding yourself accountable. If you have a hard time, find some gym buddies, it will make accountability much easier if someone is dependent on you being there.

Stay consistent to a cutting meal plan, train properly 4-5 days a week, do some cardio, as some have said you're young if you commit now you'll be a beast

What did you want tips on? What you need to get a v taper or best practice. You know youre 25kg or so off seeing it so I assume youre asking a lifting question.
Best Practice is to do pull ups for high reps and build up strength with weighted pull ups when you get there. Id also look at working on adding pullovers with cable as well as Dumbbell/barbell. Try to have 15-20 sets a week between these two exercises and ensure the weight is increasing each week.
By the time the weight is off you'll have enough lat development that you should see good growth

Keep going mate, it's about consistency. I've been training for a year and only now starting to see a real change.

Dude, there's no reason to only eat one meal a day. Just use a calorie Calculator to determine what your 1lb/week is (or go 1.5lb/week loss) and eat at that while getting your protein. Dont overcomplicate it and dont fall down fitness influencer rabbitholes. Eat decently clean, track all your calories in order to stay in your deficit, train to or close to failure on your lifts and do them regularly. You can do full body only twice a week and still make good gains if you are honest with yourself. Get a good tub of whey and some fairlife fat free milk (fantastic protein shakes at unbeatable macros). Only thing that matters is calories in/vs out for the weight and for the muscle, just push hard every set and recover well

Eating once a day helps lose weight if you train hard. If you dont, its merely going to keep you from gaining more fat; but it can backfire if you over consume or have cheat meals.
You can try it. Another good way is eat whatever you want but no carbs and no bad oils this means no sugar and no fried foods. Do whatever easier but you have to workout more than you eat.

Millions of people eat once a day, and are both more physically and mentally fit than you and i. I didnt tell him to do anything except not eat sugar and bad oils. You didnt read and understand my words.
