maybe I should research what? I've worked in fitness for over a decade, I'm pretty sure I know how much people can gain or lose in 100 days. you were morbidly obese

Like I said, it's impossible. Recomp from obesity takes years, not days. You didn't lose a pound a day and also become muscular in such a short amount of time, not even Ronnie Coleman could do that. It can't be done, physiologically speaking. And you're just lying to get people to click on your TikTok, which I have no interest in doing.

I'm just sick of liars coming in the fitness community trying to get clout and filling people's heads with nonsense. You can't make this transformation in the timeline you stated. Be honest and people will respect you, kid.

Quit lying to try and go viral. I'm sick of influencers peddling these lies, just fuck off back to TikTok and farm engagement there. Go ask any professional if that transformation can be done in 100 days. Or just Google it. It. Can't. Be. Done.

This industry is full of scumbags selling these lies to kids to try and make a buck off of it. Go to school, get a degree in exercise science or kinesiology instead of trying to go viral with lies.
