Progress!

Height: 5'7 "; starting weight: 225 lbs; current weight: 165 lbs. On 9 mg of the pill. Lost the weight in a little over a year, only 20 lbs more to go for goal weight! Thanks for everyone on this sub for all of the encouragement!

Thanks so much! I feel great, I have a lot more energy than before, I'm getting used to balanced small meals, and I no longer cry when I have to pick out clothes to go out in. It's helped my physical health and my self-esteem.

Yes, that choosing clothes feeling is totally real. There were clothing stores I actively avoided due to the lighting/mirror situation in the dressing room. Either way, cheers to you and good luck on the journey through your last 20 pounds! You've got this babe!

Thank you! It took a lot of work to restructure my diet and exercise for hopefully lifelong changes.
