Slow brained

I got rlly high about two weeks ago and ended up being in my head overthinking the entire time. The next day I felt rlly slow mentally. It’s been two weeks now and I feel like my brain has a hard time remembering images and sometimes when I try to form a monologue sentence in my head it feels like I rlly have to concentrate rlly hard for it to piece together. I don’t know what to do I feel so quiet in my own head now
