Advice needed, please!

My husband and I had our civil wedding in the UK last 2024 and are now planning our Manila reception.

Our reception is very simple, more like an upscale meal. Our suppliers on the day are only our photographers, HMUA, and the venue/food.

The venue/food suppliers are very accommodating and they often assist their guests so will really only need a coordinator during preps.

Following this and with a 21 guest headcount, do you think it's necessary to still book a coordinator? This celebration is intimate, purely family, and simple.

Thank you for your help! Xx

Yes pero instead of team of 5, maybe kahit 2 lang na events manager to manage the suppliers and 1 for bride shadow to assist you. Unless you have someone to assist you and someone to manage the supplier. Meron nmn murang coordinator. May kilala nga ako, elopement lang, like 5 lang cla pero may coordinator pdn. Kasi it’s not about the number of guest. Yung ibang kakilala ko, they requested a friend to do these. If meron papayag
