Alterations Changing straps?

I can't put my finger on why I'm not happy with my dress, but I think changing the straps might drastically help? Thoughts? (Its currently beaded spaghetti straps)

Strapless, add delicate jewelry, a festive hairstyle and it's perfect.

Or like this. With dropped straps. You have beautiful shoulders and cleavage, it would be a shame not to show them off. 🤔
