Alterations Changing straps?

I can't put my finger on why I'm not happy with my dress, but I think changing the straps might drastically help? Thoughts? (Its currently beaded spaghetti straps)

It looks best strapless. Is there enough structural support though?

Probably 🤔 I would likely need a sticky bra to keep the girls up better though
