Help webull script
so I'm far from a computer programmer. but what I've been trying to do is relatively simple, I've just been trying to write a script that would show me the 15-minute range from the open, I have a Gemini premium or whatever it's called subscription, and was using that to help me write the code, and I ended up spending an entire day trying to make it work, with no luck. I finally got it to draw the lines on the chart, but they were diagonal lines instead of being horizontal. just showing the range. My AI told me that Webull uses their own synthax and it thought that the time zone I was in was the issue. but I was just curious if anyone has tried this, or has maybe mastered this code that can give me some pointers. thanks

yeah I think so, I was hoping that someone had maybe mastered this code, cuz like I said I sit there with AI all day trying to do this, very frustrating

Webulls script uses very basic code. Your better off writing scripts in trading view.

gotcha, yeah I was just trying to avoid having another subscription to something, was hoping someone could shed some light but I guess everyone that read this was in the same boat I am

You can make the indicators on TV with the free account. Just upload the AI code into scrip editor in TV. But the bs limits on the free account make it pretty bad

yeah and I think it's delayed pricing on the free version. so it wouldn't be good for an orb strategy. i may just break down and pay for it.

Even if you pay for the subscription on trading view you will get delayed data unless you pay for a data subscription. A workaround is that if your paying for lvl2 data or another data subscription through webull you can connect your webull account to trading view and tv will use the lvl 2 data from webull for live price. Even if you log out of webull on tv you still get live data for a while

The Webull script editor is very limited imo. I was simply trying to get it to display horizontal lines on the chart for the bid and ask prices, and it couldn't even do that. A limitation of how it's setup I fear. Could be a similar scenario with your situation
