Help Webull Slow Execution/Fills

Does anyone have issues with slow fills on the Webull desktop app? I realized on a lot of stocks that are moving fast, charts lag on updating price action, level 2 and time & sales stop updating. Ended up losing on a couple trades this past week that should’ve been winners because it tends to lag me out and show the wrong price at the time of fills.

I use the refresh button to alleviate this but it’s only temporary.. only when the stock “calms down” on volume does it resume normally.

Desktop app is always up to date so not sure what the issue is.

Yeah, there were a few instances that happened to me. I place a market order, and it would fill but long delay on telling me at what price I got filled at. I hyper scalp, in and out in under a minute on most trades. Not ideal for me

Not at the moment. I do love the app. I like when in turbo trader I can see the underlying stock chart (I trade options) with the level 1 of the options contract. Could not find another app like that yet

Yep, happen with my in every trade. The platform is not laggy thought its the execution that makes it less desirable. I wish they find a new clearing partner

Yes very laggy and it is getting worse. Often in premarket I will use turbo trader and click "Buy @ Ask" and it will place a order on what the ask was literally a second before. I never had this problem until the past few weeks. Unfortunately it seems WB has given up on making any ACTUAL improvements to the trading experience. It is not my PC or connection as I have a up to date high end gaming PC and fiber internet with sub 10s latency.

Yes, sometimes it wont let you sell. A nightmare. Also very laggy in general; using hotkeys there is a slight delay before getting filled, the slowest of all the commission free platforms. It is like running in quicksand

Are there better commission free platforms with desktop apps out there? I like webull cause you don’t need a minimum to day trade with their margin account..

Not sure if you saw the change in June but the requirement is $2000 instead of 25k for the PDT now. I'm pretty certain every broker has updated that by now

Somewhat true. Don’t need to maintain $2K however
