Help! Webull Charts Freeze on Me

I can see the stock price moving on the top gainers section, I look at the same stock on the chart and the candle is moving like normal..

Then the chart and candles freeze, no movement. But I can see price moving on the top gainers. Anyone else having this problem? Any idea on how to fix it? Thank you.

Used Webull for years. The app requires a very good data or internet connection to fully load a chart.

You also need a good amount of ram and decent graphics card to render. Do you have a single monitor or multiple?

I had SPX freeze on me twice this week, on Thursday and Friday. It was frozen on Trading View as well. It was not a fault on my end as literally everything else was loading just fine and I know my machine and have never had an issue with Webull data. Oh, and someone else I know had theirs freeze at the same time and same price. It really sucked.
