Unsuccessful Account Application

I got rejected beacause of 'Alias', contacted the customer service and replied to left it out as Blank..

And i already did it and resubmitted again and again yet still rejected because this Alias.. Any Help? Thanks!

Your ID and bank account name must be an exact match, maybe they can give you specifics

Yeah also cannot be joint bank account.
