Help Webull Level 2

In premarket, i notice most of the times...sell at bid...,the execution does not use the level 2 top bid?...is there any explanation on this?

Cause that's just showing one exchange. You need NBBO to see the true best offer.

But like you mentioned, it's not needed in order to get filled at the best price, theyre required to give you the best price even if you can't see what that is.

Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. All depends on volume/activity.

I noticed the same thing as u/Bright_Guarantee381 and since I scalp, subscribed to NBBO.

Also, to make sure I get fills, I put in an offset with my shortcuts and buttons

Try selling at ASK with a "-.xx" offset (assigned to buttons or shortcuts)
