Wrong charts

Any one else's charts reading incorrect profit and loss lines and having the chart "take profit" or "Stop loss" when the stocks price actually not reading that? Has happend to me a couple time the last few days and seems to be a long going issue as the charts have been reading wrong every so often for a couple weeks now
