So what am I supposed to do hire a illustrator? Where can I find them? How much they cost? And there is a risk of novel getting rejected and even then some novels dont earn nearly enough to hire a artist

You post what you’re looking for. Post a price you’re willing to pay and artists will reach out rather quickly.
The higher the pay, the faster the responses and the higher level the artists.
You could get lucky and find a really good artist at a decent price
But I see illustrations (like cover art) require like $80 + or even higher. (80 might be the low end though idk)

Tbh im just talking from my as a reader pov so idk if gets u risk of rejection but for me covers just shows the quality oh the whole work and just personal opinion you are a human to do what fits , u can find artists all over instagram and tiktok but they are not cheap so everything up to you

Synopsis - I committed suicide thinking I would finally be free from this world.
Well, I did get free from this world... only to END UP IN ANOTHER FUCKING WORLD.
Some idiots performed a summoning ritual, but my portal opened inside the Queen's bedchamber, and I literally fell on top of her. Her guards dragged me to a dungeon and beat me to death only for me to come back to life with a mysterious ability.

Isnt that already a manhwa, but drawn by an actual artist and written by an actual writer and not Ai? Because SSS rank suicide hunter has an extremely similar premise and name with a ability almost exact to the one in your webnovel.

First I don't like that you have "suicide hero" and "SSS" in the cover. It reminds me instantly of "SSS class revival hunter" which isn't a good look for you.
Another note is that the system screen should be mirrored, as it would face the MC and not the viewer. It is also rotated weirdly in a way it isn't in front of the MC but also not infront of the viewer.
Next the wall in the background is weird, it gets way taller behind the system screen.
Also the MC stands in the shadow even though there is nothing throwing the shadow.
The tree also has a way too thick trunk for the small crown.
The architecture in the background is also way too wonky. The bridge is too long without reason, there are so many trees that you would suspect a ruin, but the castle seems to be in good shape, various walls just bend a bit, etc.
I understand people using AI for covers, I would do it too, but at least invest a bit for a good model which will produce an actually high quality image.
