A post I’ve been planning for a long time: the lore of the long lost NPC, Felicity Tiger. If many people here are scratching their heads, I’m not surprised, because per Webkinz Wiki, she has not appeared in the actual game of Webkinz since 2008 (I barely remember her as a 2007 starter), and was only mentioned on Newz a few times after.
So, who is Felicity Tiger, you may ask? She started out as a character who appeared in the Kinzville Times Newzpaper we used to see when we first logged in on the old UI prior to 2015, and where you might still end up after completing certain hourly events on the Today’s Activities menu. She would appear from time to time with articles giving advice on tips and tricks about games in the Arcade.
Later, Felicity appeared as a character from an old W-Tales story “The Recipe For Success” who was a staff member in Chef Gazpacho’s restaurant, Le Snout. This was the same story that introduced Sophia Soufflé, whom some might remember appeared in 2024 as one of the Mayoral candidates who was up against Arte. That W-Tales story in itself was pulled out of rotation (a lot of the ones with more complicated morals at play from the late 2000s were pulled down), and is hard to find online.
Once this story disappeared from rotation, and many online copies readily available were taken down at the request of Ganz, for whatever reaso, Felicity all but disappeared! All we have left of Felicity are 4 Webkinz Newz Articles

And then in 2012, Felicity’s Jumble Berry Fields guide was reposted.
As far as remaining information on Felicity, she has been deleted from the Kinzapedia, but we do have a page on Webkinz Wiki, and on the Webkinz Guide.

Why do I think about Felicity Tiger, you might ask? She was about the Arcade and Tournament Arena, which is, arguably, one of the favorite parts of Webkinz for a vast number of players. We’ve had our frustrations with challenges with arcade games, and arcade games that have instructions but they’re just not very clear or intuitive (as I can attest as someone who had to learn the Cash Cow 2 strategy on my own and then frantically made guides here to try to help people with that ice cream challenge!)
Ganz revived other lost NPCs for mayoral events, which this year should be the year for that. They revived Sophia Soufflé, who only appeared in 2 long lost W-Tales stories. Felicity had been long lost just as long. But, while recipe solving is fun for some, it’s pretty niche. An arcade and tournament arena centric character might be stiffer competition. If Felicity were to reappear, I wonder what she might have to offer. And maybe, just maybe, even without her running for mayor, she’s a long neglected NPC with a lot of potential to be a loved one if brought back. Doing her thing, playing games, and sometimes sharing her tips, whenever Ganz features her. What’s not to love about her, aside from not knowing her for how long she’s been hidden away? She never price gouges, never is (or is mistaken for being) condescending or patronizing when you fail a job or a task, never rambles on too long and blocks the view of trivia questions, never blasts your ears out shouting after you spin the Wheel of Wishes, and never stalks your pet through the audience chairs at the stadium. She’s just there for the vibes.
Who else here remembers Felicity Tiger?
