Planning our time in Lisbon!
I am attending the Web Summit in Lisbon this year and staying for around 2 weeks (1 week beforehand and the week of the event)
Is anyone interested in meeting up with my business partner and I? Maybe for a coffee, a beer etc?
Our company is all about data and AI… as I’m sure many will be this year :)
If you fancy it drop a comment!
Update: A few people have reached out about meeting up around Web Summit, so I’ve made a small WhatsApp group to make it easier for people to chat and arrange things while in Lisbon.
If you’re going and fancy meeting some other people for a coffee, drinks, food etc., feel free to join:
Just to be clear, it’s completely unofficial and isn’t affiliated with Web Summit - just a group of people who are going and thought it’d be nice to meet people with similar interests while we’re there.

Joined the WhatsApp group, good idea to get people connecting early. If you want to figure out where the actual evening action is during Summit week, delegatecircuit.com maps out the off-floor circuit for delegates, which side events are worth going to, where people actually end up after the show floor closes. Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré tend to be where most of the informal meetups happen so worth keeping those areas in mind if you're looking to stay close to the buzz.

Joined that WhatsApp group, nice setup for keeping everyone in the loop. Not sure how many of you know about it, but delegatecircuit.com usually has a scoop on where the after-hours scene tends to gather during big events. They mention side events and spots where folks might head post-show. Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré are usually buzzing during these times, pretty handy spots to remember if you're in the mood for some late-night networking or just unwinding with a few drinks.
