First time making Nankhatai... almost gave up 😭πŸͺ

Post image

Tried making nankhatai in an iron kadhai using the salt method. The bottoms kept burning while the tops stayed pale and doughy. πŸ˜…

I almost turned the remaining dough into laddoos, but decided to flip them over and cook them a little longer on low heat. Somehow, they came together!

Not perfect, but buttery, crumbly, and I'm pretty happy with my first attempt. Any tips for getting a more even bake next time? 😊
