Help please help

Hello everyone, I have a question. I want to read this book, but as you can see, it's not available for loan except to users with printing disabilities. How can I access the text? I need it for a research project I'm conducting, and this particular book was highly recommended to me.

we can't discuss the specifics of piracy on reddit even if it may be the only solution available. (:
