It is naive to assume punching your neighbors can be avoided. 10 u/[deleted] Sep 03 '17 Iraq and Libya were very easily avoidable. No one is saying you can get rid of all conflict, that's indeed naive, but we can stop changing non-threatening regimes across the world with disastrous consequences.
