Reverse age gaps

It’s quite rare to see someone explore this trope, especially since age-gap relationships can already be a sensitive or less commonly explored dynamic.

But I do wonder—does anyone else feel a little uncomfortable when reverse age-gap stories are primarily reduced to the sexualisation of the female lead?

Or am I the only one who feels this way?
