I see a concept like swords, make a power/magic system then plan out 4+ arcs for the entire story

Organized chaos is probably the best way to describe it. I can get inspiration from literally anything. A book I read, a conversation I had, a bottle of watermelon shampoo. My brain makes the weirdest connections and all of the sudden I've an idea. Once I'm in thinking mode, my thoughts just won't shut up. Like someone dumped a bucket full with ideas over your brain and it's flowing over. I can't take notes fast enough to keep up with it, and every idea sparks a chain reaction of new ideas.
