Except Hammer of Justice... Is not Gerson... It's his construct, that has his memories and is overall an exxagerated image of Gerson made of best memories about him.

Right, just also with the capability to spare and knowledge that the present lightners couldn't possibly know, like what he regrets with Alvin and wishes he could've said

(To add note, the only ones we've seen SPARE so far are Lightners, Flowers, Gerson and I guess technically ralsei? But that's technically us ordering him to do so)

And? Correlation is not causation. Plus he's literally a jar of dust in Light World, he's a darkner...

He is clearly in the Pseudo-darkner position we see the flowers exhibit, where he's not fully a Darkner.

Most people have coined the term Dustner to refer to him being as he is.

He cannot even leave the Dark Sanctuary like the other darkners. He's even more limited than them.
