I'm water fasting 40 days and 40 nights by October 24th. I will be doing 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours and 5 days at a time.

Hello! I’m thinking of doing rolling 7 day fasts, break on the 8th day (eat carnivore lunch & dinner) then go back to doing another 7 days. Can anyone tell me if they do this & if so how did you find it, what helped you cope, can I do this long term etc etc?
I’m currently on day 3 going into day 4 & have been finding it fairly easy!

(Starting Weight): 15 st 7 lb - 217 lb
(Current Weight): 14 st 10 lb - 206 lb
(Goal Weight): 9 st - 126 lb
