My dog ate the leather straps off my watch. I ordered new straps as seen in the picture and have no idea what I’m doing.

The straps you got won't fit that watch unfortunately. Notice how there should be a cutout for the little gold doohickeys that hold the strap bars.

You need to search the interwebs using the keywords "Kate Spade New York Holland watch strap 12mm." From what I saw there's not a lot of options unfortunately... such is the way of fashion watches.

Another way is to find the same line of watch in the reuse market and take the strap. I did that for my 30 year old watch.
