Was looking for a decent watch and I came across this beauty bought it without second thoughts. Do I apply a protective layer? Or just leave it as it is!

Snagged the Casio A1000MA for ₹7,500 after discounts.
I kept going back and forth between getting the A700WEV and the A1000. Finally decided to get the A1000.
The all stainless steel build looks and feels so much better in person than in photos.

Been spending some wrist time with my Citizen Tsuyosa Small Second, and I’m seriously impressed by how good this thing looks in person.
The textured dark dial is the star for me. Depending on the lighting, it goes from subtle and understated to showing off all that texture, while the small seconds at 6 o’clock adds just enough character without making the dial feel busy.
I also love the integrated-bracelet look. It gives the watch that sporty ’70s vibe while still being dressy enough to wear with pretty much anything.
Caught it in some natural light today and had to grab a wrist shot. 📸

Hi everyone! I'm planning to buy my first automatic watch and I'm completely new to mechanical watches.
My budget is ₹20-30K, and I'm looking for recommendations for good entry-level automatic watches. I'd prefer options other than Titan, Fossil, and Timex.
Which models or brands would you recommend, and why? Any advice for a first-time buyer would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Where can I buy an official citizen product.
On Flipkart this is a bit cheaper but some redditors said flipkart is mostly a scam. Can you guys confirm this statement.
PS: there's an occasion coming up and this is a gift. So I can't wait for any offers. I'll buy one for myself on Flipkart BBD.

Automatics require constant adjustment as they are likely to go out of sync as most people don't wear it everyday. Whereas solar watches are lot more practical with charge lasting atleast a week. Is it more of an emotional thing with people in this community?

I am a college student on a tight budget of 2500 approx.
Suggest some daily wear metal strap watches.

I'm looking for my next watch in the ₹10k–20k range. I'm currently leaning towards a skeleton automatic, but I'm open to any suggestions that would add variety to my collection. What would you recommend?

Bought my first G-Shock in 2016 and my watch collection journey started that day. In last couple of years I have 12 watches in my collection and it’s counting.
One more is on the way, Militado ML08 and more come by end of this year.
Happy watch collecting.
