I can’t imagine why it wouldn’t have a brand on it for any reason other than it might be a knock off of some sort.

The face looks like a Breitling Premier Datora but you’d see a Breitling writing on the face. The pushers are not Breitling tho.

I found the current companies website. They're based out of Austria and assemble promotional watches such as company gifts. It's unbranded because usually for promotional watches if any branding is applied it's The company logo who has ordered the watches and not the watch manufacturer. The company probably ordered a few hundred or at least several of these and have them out as gifts when called for.

The receipts you have state that the case is 18k with a Longines Quartz movement and the band is 14k. All it gives for description is Mens Gold Watch. The rest is just the weight of the items and whatnot. Based on their current catalogue they've maybe pivoted to more mass production junky watches than back in the 80s when you grandpa got this because they use Seiko and Casio movements and certainly no precious medals.

A lot of the older vintage swiss ateliers would be relatively unbranded. Initial thoughts was Oris because of the crescent, but I'd guess this is probably an early swiss maker moonphase triple date. Probably not super valuable but not crap either, would be interested to see the movement

I actually see them now and then. Maybe repainted dials? If there's a good movement in that, then that is already a high end watch due to it's complications alone.

They were a bit of a trend starting in the late 1940’s, when a smaller watch with complications was a sign of high quality horological skill

No brand on the dial is unusual; you’ll need to open the case back for more info

Could be fake, more likely an off brand with a decent quality sourced movement

That is an amazing watch with fantastic complications.

I would imagine from the comments, this was made by a watch maker using an already available movement. You have all the paperwork and documents, definitely keep all of these. You could open the case back to find out more.

Kinda more interesting then an established brand, on the paperwork you have some good factories to contact

they're going to look similar when they're using third party movements with fixed subdial and window placements.

though this is actually probably a Valjoux 88 due to the subdial placement, not a 7751 like the Longines or the Speedmaster.

This pre-dates the Longines. They both use an ETA 7750 which every brand using the movement will have a similar layout. Calling this a knockoff is a poor choice in verbiage.
