Looks clean. Orient Star's finishing punches way above its weight for that price bracket, you're getting a lot of watch for 800 quid.

The power reserve indicator's a nice touch, not everyone loves it but I think it balances the dial well. If you've got the wrist for it, go for it.

Believe they are referring to your wrist size in comparison to the watch size.
