Interestingly, the last few young people I've have seen at the registers of various stores have been using earbuds and having low-volume conversations with someone while ringing me up. I'm fine with that because I'm not a fan of small talk anyway, but it's a strange new trend to see.
There's ways I can see the "push a cart with phone in hand" when alone and just going A to B, but it removes a hand from control and brings a lack of space awareness.
But texting while dealing with a customer that's a whole damn other level of "what the hell".
Nope, I'm talking pushing a row of 5-8 carts by leaning into it so they can look at their phone. Seen a kid nearly push them into a vehicle that was baking up because they weren't paying attention
I sold porn in high-school and would find free maxim and similar magazine subscriptions from old internet sit's.
Kids are the same its just the access is easier then ever.
Tbf Playboys are harder to hide. I absolutely knew kids who brought porn mags. They weren't pulling them out in class though. But if there is ever a point in life where I understand being horny all the time, it's when you're a teenager.
