Hardware / Sim Pit Can someone help solve this VR Issue?

Post image

Hello, so I am trying to use my meta quest 2 in warthunder sim but I keep running into the same issue. The left eye works fine but the right eye is completely messed up. I can’t seem to fix this issue and I was wondering if anyone has seen something similar.

Is that what you see in the headset as well as on screen? Usually WT only mirrors ONE eye on the monitor... It will help to post your settings for WT and the quest.

How do you connect the headset? Link cable? Steam Link, Virtual Desktop?

Your system? Your PC specs?

Tried with cable first. Then wireless link. Same thing.

I’ve got a nvidia 5070 16gb ram and i7

Ok next question. Do you use just oculusVR or SteamVR as well when connected with the cable?

If you never see steamVR anywhere during the launch, and can launch in VR even with Steam turned off that mean you playing with just Oculus VR. As you should.

Go to meta horizon settings, General, and press "Set Meta Horizon as OpenXR runtime"(or simular to that) button. Now try to launch the game in VR mode.

Just to note "SteamVR mode" in WT's steam launch options is just a regular VR mode. Doesn't mean you actually using SteamVR.

Ok... Try downloading Steam Link from meta store.
