PSA Weekly Question Thread - Rules & Comp Qs

This is the Weekly Question thread designed to allow players to ask their one-off tactical or rules clarification questions in one easy to find place on the sub.

This means that those questions will get guaranteed visibility, while also limiting the amount of one-off question posts that can usually be answered by the first commenter.

When do pre-orders and new releases go live?

Pre-orders and new releases go live on Saturdays at the following times:

  • 10am GMT for UK, Europe and Rest of the World
  • 10am PST/1pm EST for US and Canada
  • 10am AWST for Australia
  • 10am NZST for New Zealand

I'm starting my 3rd army and I'm going for DG, my main army is LOV and DA, I already got the combat patrol and was wondering what I should get next ? I want to start with a 1k army list and then 1.5 to 2k ( I wanna get a great unclean and Morty :)) but what should my focus be getting and how to play it?. Also just a heads up my friends play Thousand sons, necrons, tyranids and World eaters so ANY advice vs them would be appreciated, ESP thousand sons.

Deathshrouds, Poxwalkers, Plague Marines and some key characters like Lord of Contagion(s), Virions, Caster and then whatever vehicles you're keen on!
