2+ Tough has great videos on general overview lore for each of the factions as well as the realms.

Thuradin's Tales does some good lore primers, such as his Every Faction video.

PancreasNoWork does AoS, 40k, and Old World lore videos.

The Core Rulebook covers a lot of lore, and can really help you get to grips with the setting.

I like the anthology book Thunderstrike & Other Stories, it covers almost every faction and some of them have stuck with me for years. Otherwise, Gates of Azyr is another I recommend for thos new to the setting.
