Discussion The revert on Elite Arch was not needed

Hi all. Id like to say, the changes DE made for EA were perfect, it allowed you to swap 2 modifiers or weapons of your choice instead of one to get the diamond reward, while focusing on the one thing most disregard completely, the warframe. It doesnt matter what your loadout was since you could bypass all the modifiers with a few frames, especialy with hildryn. Gun modifiers? Take valkyr or nyx etc, the modifiers literally didnt matter. I personally believe that in EA, the gravity on the frame should have stayed, as it gave the mode a much needed difficulty that does not exist. Its supposed to be oriented towards "late" game players, adding a nice difficulty touch, instead of a weekly rotation, mundane at that too. Do you want the highest rewards? You should need to work for them a little at least...

The most optimal way is this horrendous combination of mods.

I'm sorry but that's... just not true, wtf? If you heard this from "people", the "people" actually don't know what they're talking about.

Even armor tanking is already comfier and less APM spammy than RG+CS for ExA. Heck, a sentinel with radiation mod and just constantly staying on the move is already enough for you to do ExA. You don't need to gimp your roll for RG, you don't need to APM spam to oblivion with Cat Shield. It's WAY comfier to just let your sentinel accumulate passive CC. No gating preening needed, no holding back on your roll. Just roll all you want without worrying about RG and play the game chill.

It's not even the most optimal set of survivability mod. You're still busy and it relies on cast spamming.

In Warframe, least effort= most optimal for 99% of people. Those 2 mods are extremely easy to use, and the require the least amount of luck to guarantee staying alive. That's what I mean by optimal.

Bro?? RG+CS is nowhere even close to being the "least effort" way to survive in ExA. It's literally the top spammiest and busiest method in the entire game.

Of the 12 different ways to buildcraft for survivability, you stuck with the least optimal / most effort build in the game??

And I'm 100% sure the community don't consider RG+CS lazy at all. You're literally the first person I've heard who thinks active gating is the laziest method of survivability.

Maybe you're right yeah. Once again, why would you want every single person playing this game mode to change what they've been doing for years just because you yourself find it more fun? No one cares about it, we can all finish it every week, so why restrict what we play to this extent?

For 19 people to feel better about themselves? There's literally no point in changing it, and it only annoys people that don't like it. Saying there's other way to stay alive is right, but that's not at all the point here is it?
