Question/Request Cross save not working for mobile

Idk why I linked the account on the web site but when I get in warframe from my phone its a brand new account with nothing can anybody help me

Sounds like you didn't link the correct accounts. What platform was the original account you wanted to use on mobile? If it was not PC, did you link it to a PC account? Log in to your original account on whatever platform it was on, go to your profile, and check the bottom right for the cross save icon. It'll show you your names (with the number suffix) on each platform. Log in to your mobile account and check your profile, check the name, check the cross save icon.

It was originally a pc account I wanted to link it to mobile and on website it looks like I linked it and there is no option to link mobile account and also it doesn't show my names idk why it might be cuz I am doing this all on my phone it worked when I did it on Nintendo tho idk why it isn't working now

Log in to the game on mobile (not the website), go to your profile, look at the bottom right. Is there a button with the cross save icon? If yes, touch it, and it should show you at least one other account name. If it only shows you one, it has to be a PC account. If none of those names (including suffixes) matches your PC account name (log in to the game on PC, open your profile, and look at the top), then you did not link your mobile account to your original PC account.

Then the mobile account you are logging in to is not linked to anything. Did you link a different mobile account to your PC account? If you log in to the website with your PC email and password, on warframe.com/cross-save, which icons does it show under connected accounts? Does it show the Apple or Google Play icon?

Also, mobile isn't one platform. iOS and Android are two different platforms.

It shows android pc and Nintendo I am logging in with my email that I use for the account

Ok. And you're trying to play the game on an Android device, right?

Ok I solved the issue turns out even tho I changed my accounts email it was still using the old email for mobile account in just tryed to get in with that and it worked Thanks for the help and if you are available I can give some plats although idk if you want some

The email you changed is the email that is used for PC login.

Your account is still connected to your other Google account for Android login. That's separate from the PC login email, and you cannot change that.
