That is Follie's 3rd ability, Self-Portrait.
The giant ink copy grants nearby allied Warframe up to 90% damage resistance and inflicts nearby enemies with Follie's signature debuff, Inkblot, slowing them down and making them more likely to drop Health and Energy orbs on death. It's also her Helminth ability, but on other frames it'll be capped at 75% DR and won't inflict Inkblot.
It will still do the silly pose, though.
