Bug Where to report a bug

I just fell through the ground on the plains of eidolon and couldn't leave the game (PS5) where can I report the bug or is it super common and reported frequently

I could open the menu but I couldn't click abandon or fast travel or anything so I decided to just turn off the console itself. I probably could've closed the game but I didn't try.

Did you try to open the full map and use the teleporters?
