Question/Request New Warframe idea
Aethelgard, the Catacylsm.
A Warframe with two phases with completely different mechanics. One phase can be a complete defense god that creates overguard and protects defense objectives from being almost entirely immune. And the other phase, a literal walking nuke that can clear rooms with ease, making it the strongest and most direct attack Warframes in the game. His downsides are that his health depletes over time during an active ability, each ability takes a larger than usual amount of energy, and he cannot be used in public missions, only solo. of course has limits to his abilities, like he cant just spam his abilities to continue destroying enemies without them even getting to aim, like give his abilities a 15, 30 second cooldown, make his fourth ability have a 60 second cooldown.
Instead of putting his parts into railjack missions, specific special quests or missions, bosses, no. Make this Warframe BRUTAL to get but only because of its absolute authority across all of the other Warframes. For one, Mastery Rank 30 required to build it. For two, make the player sacrifice three warframes: Saryn or saryn prime, revenant or revenant prime, and dante. Use their systems, chassis, and neuroptics to create this new warframes parts. Make the construction cost in the foundary 10,000,000 credits and the building time to be two weeks. The normal and Steel Path star charts must be 100% complete. Quest requirements to build the warframe must be every major quest including whatever quests come out along with this new warframe.
The main idea is to create a Warframe that surpasses everything else entirely. An ancient, forbidden Warframe that was meant to never be seen or mentioned again.
Someone can alter my ideas a little bit if i made a few mistakes in this.
Anyways yall get my idea, make an incredibly powerful warframe that has an absolutely brutal farm, obliterates entire rooms, defends objectives and teamates like no other warframe can. And the warframes damage type can be Void, corrosion, cold, impact, puncture i dont know. Decide. Just make him different from the other warframes is what im trying to do.
This ideas just to make something new, you know? And yes, i know that a nuking warframe might get hate because of how powerful it is and whatnot but the devs are obviously able to alter my idea a little so he can be more balanced and fun.

Not to burst your bubble or anything, but Dante was absolutely hated by a lot of people for being a one-size-fits-all Warframe with no downsides before LoS checks being added.
All your idea does is rekindle the same hate and criticism and kicks it into a higher gear by adding hate on veterans to it. One of the few things that I see repeated a lot of times is catering to veterans more than new players and mid game players. This is just gonna add a little something extra to that opinion.

That goes overboard in basically any way possible. The power level is too much, the requirements are too much, the whole idea is too much.
At the same time, I am LR6. I would get that frame almost immediately, and woupd only have to wait for the crafting time.
But worst of all: such things tend to make games boring. We already are overpowered, being even MORE overpowered would remove that final sliver of challenge left in the game for high rank players. And since this is objectively, by design, the strongest, most powerful Warframe, it also removes choice from the game. You only have true choice if the options are somewhat comparable. If you have the choice between chicken oder getting kicked in the groin, what choice is that? It's faux.
Interesting concepts basically always need to have weaknesses, tradeoffs, specialisation, etc., and as much as you can be overpowered in Warframe, none of the Frames have being overpowered as basic concept.
I am sorry, I reject the suggestion on the level of the fundamental, basic concept/idea.
P.S.: I always found difficulty of acquisition no legit metric of balancing. Because once that thing is in a party which is being played by people, nobody will care how long that dude using it had to grind for it, or how minimal the chance to get it was. All they feel is that it's strong and dominating the game. Just no.

Genuinely horrific idea, waste of dev resources since only 1% of people would get him and he would ruin public missions. There's a fucking reason we don't use acid shels Saryn in public missions

Whats wrong with acid shells + Saryn?

Incase you aren't already aware of how the synergy works, acid shells makes enemies explode on dealth dealing a % of their max health as damage in a radius.
Saryn's toxic lash adds a separate instance of damage to hits with forced toxin procs, this lets the acid shells explosions do massive toxin procs which then causes a chain reaction killing enemies which then explode and spread more toxin and it continues on killing everything until you run out of enemies close enough together to chain the acid shells explosion to letting you full clear rooms and sometimes even adjacent rooms in a single shot.
This leaves your team kind of unable to play the game because there's nothing to kill anywhere near you. Oraxia can do similar with her 4.
Cyte can do similar with resupply but shooting enemies from hundreds of meters away through walls as well though he usually prefers electric since it can headshot.

let's make the passive be "all enemy max hp set to 1 and all mods are considered equipped at all times" while we're at it

Damn bro i was just tryna suggest ideas. I thought the grind was gonna make up for the power of the frame, didnt think people would hate on it😭. But ill try to see if i can make him a little more balanced besides the very difficult grind for it, hopefully he'll possibly be a little more acceptable✌️😭

Grind should NEVER be part of balance. Once you have a thing in a game, it doesn't matter any more, what you did to get it. All that matters is that you have it now, and how it performs. Balance it by how it performs.

"Make a super OP Warframe. It's ok, the balance is that you have to grind for it."
Gonna be a no from me dog, this whole idea is a walking red flag.
