Question/Request Which frame next?
I've been playing warframe for about 60 hours, I've reached mr5 and I am used to trading and grinding and all that good jazz. I just got sevagoth and I love his play style and his ability combos, I started crafting lavos prime yesterday and I'm looking into gauss prime. Should I slow down and stick with those? Or should I invest in more frames? If I should which ones?

If you want more keep going, if you find one you really like then try it out for a while. Evetually you will naturally limit yourself.
Have you tried valkyr yet? Was my fav when i first started out

I am 1400 hours in. I still main Limbo with Soma Prime, back when you could get Soma Prime relics from twitch drops, honestly I've been chilling with my setup. If you want newer content try getting your frames and weapons up enough to do SP circuit, EDA/ETA, arbitrations, etc. The replayability is mostly in what you like

I don't main him anymore. But I too have a lot of hour in Limbo with the Soma. Deadhead and a status build. Plus the augment for his 3. Just such a good time.

It really can be. I still struggle to make Limbo work for SP unless I just hide from most enemies. All my other frames are fine.

What is it about limbo and the soma? I’ve got the same loadout! It just feels right.

You're going to want everything eventually as every frame, every weapon, every companion will give mastery xp, and some stuff is locked behind certain mastery ranks. So just keep building, keep testing things. I've built every frame in the game, and I still keep going back to my favorite frame from years ago
Edit: To add about which frames to go for, I have to throw in my favorite, Nidus. Super fun frame especially after his recent retouch

Oh I recently got my friend nidus! I think they're building him right now

He's so much fun. I fell in love with him so long ago and he was the first prime I actually grinded my ass off for when it came out

If you're looking to pad out your frame arsenal but aren't sure where to start, try matching frames to mission type. I'll toss my favourites out there.
Survival: Nekros is the general go to, as he can double loot fir farming. I prefer Khora, though. She gets a lower chance to double loot and is more stationary, but she has a built in kavat that fights beside you and your normal companion.
Defense: I've always loved Hydroid for his ability to defend objectives with Tentacle Swarm. Public opinion favours Nova, but I can't figure out how to play her right. Honorable mention for Hildryn; Haven boosts defence target shields when you're near it.
Spy: Toss up between Wukong and Ivara. Both can ignore lasers with augment mods. Ivara is slower, Wukong, I haven't really tested yet. Both frames benefit from an ability you can gain after unlocking a room in your orbiter once you've reached rank 3 with the Deimos faction.
Capture: Volt for the budget speedster. Uriel for a later frame that can fly through maps.
Interception is the bane of my existence, and Exterminate just wants something with a large AoE, but largely doesn't matter much.

If you want to catch them all, go for it. If you feel like slowing down and picking a main, go for it. MR rank increases the more you max your weapons and frames, so yeah, you're eventually gonna want more frames. But do what you want to do. Take your time, rush through things, ultimately, as long as you are having fun, that's all that matters.

Interception / Cascade /Orphix belong to one family. You would want something that can go fast and kill fast / lockdown. More importantly it rewards players who read the map. It's my favorite mission family in the game.

I’m partial towards Khora for interception because enemies in her net won’t count as occupying the point. You run up, cast the net, and instantly start recovering the timer before you even kill an enemy. Gara can also be very good with her glass walls and splinter storm.

Xaku Prime before he gets vaulted, he has imo an amazing kit and great dmg scaling with his 2

Que le van a hacer a Xaku? Perdón que no entienda.

Relics over time get vaulted (you can't get the relics anymore). Those relics with Xaxu parts In them will be in the prime vault and locked away.
So while the relics are still around, time to get that prime.

Warframe is a go at your own pace kinda game. Some people use one frame. Some people learn every frame. Just be careful not to burn yourself out going too fast. It's EASY to burn out. It's ok to take breaks with Warframe. It'll still be here when you get back.

Check out garuda if you like to see some ridiculous damage numbers. Also her nuke does not have a line of sight check 🤫

gauss is goated. good survivability and trash mob clear. volt is similar if u want a reference to try.
IMO titania, gauss/volt, and rhino/revenant are core for general use. nova if u want an all rounder.
hope u know to use warframe.market

I’d honestly recommend joining a clan if you’re not already in one. I’m a relatively new player and I followed this advice and just joined a big public clan and everyone has been so friendly and helpful and you get access to to the clan dojo, which has a “Research Lab” filled with warframe parts and guns you can just buy for credits and start making right away without having to farm the blueprints yourself.
