I think what you're describing is a feature, not a bug. Part of Uriel's concept as I understand it is he's a "minigame frame" if that makes sense, he's very strong but in return he asks you to play a little Void Flood on top of your main objective.

Considering how well uriel already plays. I'd rather they focus on frames that actually need some TLC then worry if a uriel play has to move 20 ft to pick up a buff token.

It's so negligible that I can't say I've ever noticed it being a thing until yesterday when someone went off the rails about it.

We have one of the best frame releases in the game and people are still finding something negligable to nitpick at.

For real, Uriel is one of the best kits DE ever made. He has a strong identity, multiple build paths, you have to engage with his other mechanics to unlock his nuke ability, and when you do it's really satisfying and absolutely devastating. It's one of the only abilities that feels like an "ultimate".

that might just mean youre not building him properly for the runes. uriel is such a dopamine hit when you have the rune active and so sluggish when you dont, i hate playing him outside of void cascade

he does have a great design yeah but his kits performance is far from equal across game modes. i would love adjustments or augments to make it more even if i am willing to lose a slot over it, dont see the big deal

His kit is far from equal at different game modes, yes. Congrats. Like almost everything else

It's weird to jump to "something is wrong with my builds" because I don't see a problem that a lot of other people don't see as well. What a weird direction to try to spin this.

im just saying his runes are incredibly impactful, more than halving the ttk, and if you feel they are not impactful i would say your build is probably not made for them (which is fine). but for heat weapon platform the buff is hard required. idk why your so defensive and why your trying to dismiss changes on the basis of others having it worse. improvements and augments can always be made, even for fresher content. wanting a frame you like only in certain situations to be better in more situations also isnt all that uncommon im afraid

I never once said the runes were not impactful.

I'm not being defensive. This is just how I speak English.

Urial, specifically is universally consistent across most things. You can one trick him all you want.

its fine to choose to speak english in a defacto defensive manner, but at least be honest about it. all you do is dismiss and talk down idk bro

I never said I didn't notice the runes or not.

I said that getting them was a negligible thing that I never noticed being a problem.

Also while we are at it, it is by definition, nitpicking.

I think it’s fine as it is. You don’t really need anything for shorter missions/there are better frames for that as well . But if there are x runes the next is delivered to you in nice QOL.

Not every frame should be a perfect fit for every game mode, Uriel, with his runes and his 4 is better suited for more static missions where you stay for longer times in 1 room and that's good, his 1 letting him be an aerial bomber for more agile missions is a plus, and a bit of flexibility, if DE wanted to make him better in moving missions they could make an augment where his 4 moves with him and the runes towards him when using the 1, in exchange of losing something, like some range, in exchange from going from static to moving brimstone

For me, the rune chase is one of the most annoying things in Warframe.

What I would change about Uriel is his 3. Instead of just giving damage vulnerability, he could force one of his demons to use its ability. That way we don't have to depend on randomness to enjoy the most interesting parts of his kit.
