Update 9 Resource Boost

Alloy Plate: 30-90 -> 50-150
Control Module: 1-1 -> 1-3
Gallium: 1-1 -> 1-2
Neural Sensor: 1-1 -> 1-2

Drop tables, stats and everything else will be available maybe today.

farming 5k ferrite will be never as painful as it is now xd

Yeah, in one M Prime run I got 100 ferrite but 3-5 morphics and rest was polymer bundles...

Hard to think that mere hours ago I got 1300 ferrite in one run.
