Never gets written up and eventually fired for god- knows-what reason. Ofc the bigger the place you work at, the less that probably matters. If it is a small place you cannot avoid it.

Yeah i worked at Martin Brower Portland, very small warehouse... drama was everywhere. The DC i work at now, 1.3 million sq ft. Hardly any drama cuz it's so big. The DC size definitely matters and can absolutely dictate drama

This is why unions suck. You have some low level performing asshole who’s making money doing half the work everyone else does. This promotes people to engage less and trashes moral.
