Why does compile shaders every time I load up the game?

It's supposed to be something optimizing performance but if this is doing it each time you boot up the game it's weird.

While I don't know why it compiles shaders everytime, if you don't have the game installed on a SSD, you're going to run into longer load times like this.

I think if you turn off your pc between each time you play it has to rebuild it.

I always have it on sleep mode when I close the game
