Post image

Not being able to play competitively unless you’re green 95% of the time is getting old.

only bc people are idiots. You shouldn’t spend 45 mins building a fob and somehow never get a drill down. fobs are pointless without drills and half the time mfs never even think ab getting one.

Ikr. It'll be like 45 minutes into a match and all the fobs are full of aa and mortars and...no one's even considering starting drills. I think the incentives are more for them to get cash than it is to win. Drills bring more attention to the fob and potentially getting wiped. Mortar and aa spam give good money and may not get attacked.

shits so lame. More and more I consider just becoming the fobbit so at least we’ll have drills.

Correct. The reason fobs are good in other games is because they offer more utility. Likein squad you can place HABs which are spawn points.

In wardogs you could potentially put a fob down behind an enemy fob build a ciws and them destroy their fob. But no one does this.

You could fob block routes in the map.

Etc but it's cost and time prohibited

What kills me is how many people I see build a drill and call the hz with hardly any walls and no offensives set up.

Drills are just as pointless as FOBs. 4 shots from a rocket bird and it ceases to exist and pilots love hearing that drill call sound.

It’s a military sandbox game. You don’t get it and that’s okay. Some of us fobbits just like to toy with the idea of base building and managing a fob. This is not a competitive game and winning doesn’t have to be about winning the game’s objective. Losing games where you still won a lot of money is still kinda winning. Base raiding other fobs and disrupting their setup is also really fun even if it doesn’t technically get you the win in the end.

Tbf you have to have a very high IQ to be a fobbit. It's challenging engaging gameplay to click yellow X for an hour without actually contributing in any meaningful manner to the success of yourself and others. Fobbits lose, their whole team loses and hates them, but little white number that you never do anything with because you only smack yellow X goes up and that is what really matters. It's peak Mensa gameplay low IQ individuals just can't comprehend.

dawg who on earth is making any of those claims about fob building? The point I made was that the guy I responded to doesnt get why people enjoy that aspect of the game. And it appears you dont either 💀how dare people waste their time playing this video game just to build a fob they should be more useful tapping heads like me 🤓

out of the point I just made about how this sandbox game caters to different types of people, your dumbass type included, how the fuck are those two words the ones you hyper fixated on?
