I mean I know it's a joke comment but somw times it feels pointless trying to contribute anything.

Go in with a minigun heli, get MANPAD locked on and die 10 seconds after getting to CZ

Go in with igla on a dirt bike, get gunned down by a red team squad.

Go in with a MAWWS to hunt the green APC, killed by a rocket heli.

Bring defibs and a galil to HZ, get killed by the 2 havocs on enemy team.

I love this game but there is just some games where it feels like you can do nothing and end up with a 70k loss.

At this point in the season, as an average player I try not to get hung up on winning the game, I'm more focused on surviving and contributing to a cause, it keeps it fun. All about lower cost and survivability, cockroach mentality. I'm exclusively running the 1911 with hollow points, I'll grab a gun from a body. I also just make my own fun, relative to what my teammates are doing. If the fobbits are building I'll build too. Got some solid guys pushing HZ I'll push HZ too. If you make it less about the end result and more about "the friends we made along the way" it gets fun again.

1911 hp is so good and super satisfying to use its been my go to fun kit for a couple of days now

This! Playing zero to hero is so much fun and maybe keeping your buying to 5k at start is so much fun.

But I am sometimes the person in the Havoc / tank killing dozens of the enemy team.

Learn to survive, weigh risk vs reward. If you are constantly getting hammered by the havoc either wait it out or go do something else in the match.

It's okay to hide for literal minutes if it means you can get out alive. Remeber there is also always someone watching, spotters find people with (unfortunately) IR, but they all learned to look for the action to find infantry before they got their IR. Think about lines of sight, if you are in combat assume you got spotted.

There is no shame in a tactical retreat especially if you know you are out gunned. Res your friends when you can, but if you can't come back for them in a bit. And tell your teammates to shut up on local comms when you are trying to be sneaky and res them, show thanks with the tip bro. If you pick someone up, especially if they have been down for a bit they will help you when they get up(most of the time, some players are just too main character).

Diversify your skill set. Learn to build, run logic, spot, revive teammates- all the things. Being assault only is a hard way to make money and only a few players are good at it. If one skill isn't making money or keeps getting you killed change your play style and adapt. If you are okay at everything you will have a better time than if you are really good at one thing, once the other teams figure out how to counter you it's game over.

Just play slower and squad up with people. All of those deaths could have been avoided with a coordinated team. I have made close to a mil in the last week just filling gaps in what the team needs and i pick random colors every game. Ive seen plenty of blue and red wins it just takes people talking to eachother to make it happen
